Heavy but great book
Needed this for a class. It was what I was looking for and much cheaper than the bookstores sold it for.
Pretty interesting with many cases to help us understand.
Very easy-to-read text, chock-full of case citations and examples. A great text for business students and an easy-to-understand introduction to law as it applies to the real world!

This book is extremely thorough. Very intimidating at first but has helped me tremendously with my class. Would highly recommend if taking a Business Law class, covers materials in depth as well as gives examples for of each law and terms for those of US who need to see or hear an example before actually undeerstanding what some things mean....
Arrived really fast. I was a bit confused about the binding situation. It appears to be a textbook that someone cut the binding off and placed in an old, ratty, three ring binder with the front cover (of the binder) cut off. Definitely not the original binding. Strange. This is a good set-up for copying. Anyway, my son was happy with the price, served the purpose and appeared to be all there without excessive markings.
Of course this was for a class. I enjoyed it because I find learning the law fascinating. I didn't find it difficult to read like many text books. There is a lot of information and it is a heavy book and probably just skims the surface of everything there is to know about business law. Overall, you learn a lot if you are starting a business or already have a business.
